1. Production Timeline

Every Furmory sculpture is 100% handcrafted. To ensure the highest level of detail and quality:

• Standard Production: Please allow 4–6 weeks for our artisans to create your custom piece after we receive your photos.
• Peak Season: During holidays, production may take up to 8 weeks. We will notify you via email if there are any delays.

2. Photo Approval Process

• Once production is complete, we will send high-resolution photos for your approval.
• Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after you provide final confirmation.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days. (Free on orders over $150)
• International Shipping: 7–15 business days depending on the destination.
• Express Shipping: 3–5 business days via DHL/FedEx (Available at checkout).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include the production period.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your pet's journey home through our tracking page.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Furmory is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the local carrier first. Furmory is not liable for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.

1. Order Cancellations

Since each Furmory sculpture is a custom, handmade piece, we begin processing your order immediately.

• Full Refund: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: After 24 hours but before production begins, a 15% administrative fee will be deducted. Once our artisans have started the needle-felting process, we can no longer offer a full refund.

2. The "Happiness Guarantee" (Pre-shipping Approval)

We want you to fall in love with your sculpture.

• Before shipping, we will send you high-resolution photos of the finished piece for your review.
• You can request minor adjustments (e.g., tweaking the expression or markings) at this stage.
• If you are completely unsatisfied with the result after our best efforts during the photo-review stage, you may request a 50% refund of the product price (the remaining 50% covers the 40+ hours of artisan labor and materials used).

3. Returns After Delivery

Because our products are 100% personalized and made to your pet's specific likeness, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been shipped and delivered.

• These unique creations cannot be resold to other customers.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or if there is a significant error on our part:

• Please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
• We will prioritize a repair, a replacement, or a partial/full refund depending on the extent of the damage.

5. Shipping Fees

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• For any approved repairs or replacements, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the situation.
